To register for a winter session for continuing activities, participant must be enrolled in the prior fall session. If participant is not enrolled, they will be required to wait for the open enrollment registration for the following spring session.

How To Register

Online Registration

Starting at 9:00 AM on the registration dates above, register online at fullfilmarsivi.com/register 24 hours a day. You will need to have created an account before you can register online.

Please Note: A $3.00 convenience fee will be applied to all online recreation registration transactions. This means that when you complete a registration online, a $3.00 fee will added to your total billing. It does not matter if you register online for 1 or 10 classes at a time, the total convenience fee will still be $3.00. The Convenience Fee is not assessed for transactions paid in person.

In-Person Registration

In-person registration is offered at Roswell City Hall, Suite 100, 38 Hill Street, Roswell from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the first day of registration (see dates above), numbers will be handed out starting at 8:00 AM, and registration will begin at 9:00 AM.

Payment Options: Those registering in person, may pay by cash, check, or credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Drop-Off Registration

You can fill out a registration form (which can be found here or at any recreation center) and payment (check only, please) and drop it in the "Drop-Off Registration" bins in the lobby areas at the following locations:

Bill Johnson Community Activity Building, Roswell Park, 10495 Woodstock Road
East Roswell Recreation Center, 9000 Fouts Road

Call 770-641-3705 to confirm your desired drop-off location is open beforehand.

How to Mark Favorites Before Registration

You can now mark your favorite programs, activities, and classes before registration begins!

Log into your account at fullfilmarsivi.com/register.
Browse programs or use the search option for specific results.
Click the star under "Add to Favorites" to save that program.
To view your favorites, click the "Favorites" link at the very top of the page.
Once registration is open, you may click the check mark under "add to cart" to register for the program, making registration fast and easy!

Please Note: Adding a program, activity, or class to your favorites is not the same as registering for the program, activity, or class and will not guarantee your spot in the program. Your favorites list is simply a tool to use to organize the activities you are interested in and to make your registration quicker and easier once registration opens.

Important Information

If you need to create an account, do so as soon as possible. All online registration accounts must be approved before you are allowed to register.
It may take up to one business day for your new login to be activated. We will do everything possible to activate these as quickly as possible during high volume registration periods.
If you already have an account, make sure you have the correct login and password.
Navigate through the site before registration so you know the easiest way to locate activities you plan to register for.
When registering, take advantage of the shopping cart and pay for all of the classes at one time.
Be prepared for the possibility that a program may be full by the time you register. Make sure you have some alternative activities ready to choose.
Have your credit card ready, the system does not keep previously used credit card #'s on file.
If you have a problem, e-mail us at recweb@roswellgov.com. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. Make sure to have your e-mail account open so you know when the response has been sent. Calling us directly will not guarantee a faster response to your problem.

Refunds & Class Changes

Paper refund request and class change request forms are available at all recreation centers and can be dropped off at any recreation center or mailed to:

Refund Policy/Fees:

A minimum $10 processing fee will be charged on all refund requests.

A $25 fee or 25% of the registration fee (whichever is smaller) will be charged if the refund request is received one (1) to five (5) business days before the program begins. Tryouts are considered the first day of athletic programs.

50% of the registration fee will be charged if the refund request is received on the start date of the program and before the second meeting of the program. The first practice is considered the second meeting for athletic programs.

There will be no refund after the second meeting of the program.

Refunds requested due to medical reasons may be prorated. A letter from a licensed doctor must accompany the refund request.

In the event a summer program or camp is cancelled as result of COVID-19, department staff will make every effort to move the participant to an alternative program or camp later in the summer. If one cannot be found, a full refund will be processed back to the household.

Please Note: For athletic programs, tryouts are considered the starting date and the first practice is considered the second meeting date.

Class Change Policy/Fee:

A fee of $5 will be charged for any class change requests.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Pre-Registering for a Continuing Activity?

If you are currently enrolled in a program that started during the fall/winter session and continues into the spring session, you can be enroll for the spring session before the registration dates listed above. If you were not enrolled during the fall/winter session, you will be required to wait for the spring registration dates. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but there are no exceptions.

Do I Qualify as a Resident?

Residents are those who live within the incorporated city limits of Roswell. If you have a question about whether you meet resident criteria, please call us at 770-641-3705. Only Roswell residents may register during the first week of registration. Non-residents may begin to register during the open enrollment period.

Do I Qualify for Fee Waiver?

Certain Roswell residents age 18 and under may qualify for a total or partial fee waiver. For more information on this program, please call 770-641-3705. If you do qualify for the fee waiver, you must apply in person at the Recreation and Parks Department’s administrative office, 38 Hill Street, Suite 100, prior to registering for an activity.
